Sibelco needed to replace an old CD Bin and Trommel at their Lang Lang facility. A whole new assembly was fabricated that included CD bins, platforms, chutes, trommel’s (one spare) support frames, handrail and a boil box. The paint required on the structure had to be robust to protect the steel from the unfriendly and corrosive environment. AsClear coated the whole structure with 2 coats of a two component, low VOC, high solids modified epoxy barrier that will offer long term protection.
