AsClear Pty Ltd prepared spool and flanges for coating of HBE95 at ESSO’s Barry Beach Marine Terminal site with spool sizes varying including 6,8,14 & 18 inch.  The materials coated included Carbon Steel, Corrosion Resistant Alloys and Duplex stainless Steel.

All blasting and coating was conducted inside a habitat to help control the coating environment and protect personnel, buildings and equipment from garnet dust and overspray. HBE95 was applied by plural spray application.
